| One of the most beautiful times at Hampton Court is the early morning , before they let the tourists in for the day. On a beautiful, misty morning in October of 2003, I looked out the Fish Court dining room window while having my tea, and noticed that the sunrise was looking very pink and special, so Allan and I grabbed our cameras and hot-footed it out to the East Front of the Palace. Holly was still going through her morning ritual of shower, hair drying and making her breakfast soup in the HCP kitchen (yes, I said breakfast soup). Allan also got some of the best still photos he's ever taken at the palace that same morning. |
