Diane took this picture in the entrance to our Fish Court Apartment to show where a doorway had been bricked over. Years ago
palace residents used to hear sounds of a spinning wheel and one was later found behind a bricked up wall. Could this be the one? One of our
guard friends told us it was. He might well have been winding us up, but it's a nice ghost story and we like to believe this was the place.
